La FRRR a le plaisir de vous annoncer le retour de son entraînement à sensation le LEMANIK FREERIDE.
Des rations de rides vous attendent les 2-3-4 août 2024 pour une cinquième édition sur la fameuse Route des Ruppes dans la commune de FESSY (74890).
Protections RIDER
Chaque rider doit avoir un minimum de protections nécessaires
(casque intégral, dorsale, genouillères, gants) pour participer au freeride.
Sans ces protections, la participation au freeride sera refusée.
Les organisateurs recommandent de compléter les protections obligatoires de vêtements résistant à l'abrasion et des coudières.

The FRRR is pleased to announce the return of its sensational LEMANIK FREERIDE.
We await you on August 2-3-4, 2024 for a fifth edition on the famous Route des Ruppes in the commune of FESSY (74890).
For those who don't know,what is the LEMANIK FREERIDE?
RIDER protection
Every rider must have a minimum of protective gear (full-face helmet, back protector, knee pads, gloves). Without these protections, participation in the freeride will be refused. The organizers recommend that the compulsory protective gear be supplemented with abrasion-resistant clothing and elbow pads.

40 minutes from Geneva airport and 15 minutes from the Geneva lakeside.
